Al Munawer Dates & Dry Fruits (“we”, “us”), Beside Shama Talkies, Jahanuma, Hyderabad 500053, runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse, create an account or place an order, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, optional email address and a password. We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of your password, never the password itself.
• Order details: delivery address, PIN code, items ordered, order notes, order and payment status.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. We receive only a payment reference and the payment status.
• Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address) used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account, take and deliver your orders, and let you track them.
• To contact you about your order by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To check payments, prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Courier and delivery partners, who receive your name, mobile number, address and PIN code so they can deliver.
• Service providers that help run the site, such as hosting, and Google (for the map and web fonts on our pages).
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for advertising. Third-party services we load (Razorpay checkout, Google Maps and Google Fonts) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details while your account is open. Order records (including the name, address and amount on each order) are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty and legal purposes, even if you delete your account.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to correct your details.
• Delete your account: log in and use “Delete Account” in the website footer. This removes your account and login. Past order records are kept as described above and are no longer linked to a login.
• You can ask what information we hold about you, or raise a complaint, by contacting us below.

Security

Passwords are hashed, logins are protected against repeated guessing, and payments are verified on our server. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and do not share it.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
