These terms apply when you use this website or order from Al Munawer Dates & Dry Fruits, Beside Shama Talkies, Jahanuma, Hyderabad 500053 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is needed to place an order. Browsing the site does not need one.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any delivery charge shown before you pay.
• Products are natural foods, so colour, size and shape can vary slightly from the pictures. Items are subject to availability.
• If a price or stock error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Orders and payment

• Your order is confirmed once payment is verified. You will see an order id, which you can use to track the order.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI PIN details.
• If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank or payment provider. Contact us with your order id if it is not.

Delivery

• We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery charges and estimated times depend on your PIN code and the order weight, and are shown before you pay.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of courier, weather or festival demand.
• Please give a complete and correct address and keep your phone reachable for the delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

• Because these are food products, we cannot take back items once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, spoilt or different from what you ordered.
• If there is a problem, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order id and clear photos, and we will replace the item or refund you.
• You can ask to cancel an order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: do not attempt to break its security, place false orders, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We take care to pack and ship fresh products. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
